We perform a comprehensive examination at your initial visit which includes:
→ reviewing your medical history
→ checking your medications
→ evaluating head and neck soft tissues
→ screening for oral cancer
→ performing cavity detection
→ discussing potential treatment options
→ taking necessary records such as a complete set of digital x-rays, teeth and bite models, and intraoral images
→ iTero 3D ScanWe then develop a treatment plan that serves as a road map to help you achieve optimum dental health. Once all treatments are completed, we will recommend a proper re-care schedule to maintain your optimal dental health.

Our office accepts all Dental PPO Plans. We do not accept any HMO or Medicaid plans. If you have any questions, please call our office for more information.

Please bring with you :
→ Some for of Personal Identification - i.e. Driver’s / State Id or Passport
→ the subscriber’s employer information
→your dental insurance card
→the subscriber’s identification information including their date of birthYou may also want to call your insurance company to get the benefit breakdown before your appointment.

It can vary depending on the patient but we always schedule the appointment to be 1.5 hours. This ensures that our doctors can give you the best quality care.
